Welcome to the Sight Unseen Series Archive
The Sight Unseen Series began with a book I tentatively titled From the Cinders. It held a bit of a “Cinderella” feel to me, although I really can’t say why. It, like many others, was supposed to be a stand-alone novel.
But a few years after I wrote the first draft, I began revising and something happened. A sub-plot formed I would never have imagined originally. I wrote it, and then wove tiny threads of foreshadowing to the whole series into the book, bit by bit.
Occasionally my books get a “makeover” of the title before they go to publication. The books in this series each got two–and the first, three! None So Blind was first From the Cinders, as I mentioned before, and then became Recall. I’d considered Refresh and Rewind for the next two. Frankly, those would have been really stupid names!
Each book will have several blog posts about it, so I decided to create the Sight Unseen Series Archive. Happy reading!
