In the silly world of not-so-fairy tale-like princesses, there are silly names like Rednecky, Froggilandria, Jackalopany, and Kaiandra. And in that world, live three very lovely young ladies.
I got this picture in my inbox this week from a lovely family in the South. The mother said, ”
We don’t “do” stockings, but I always have small gifts that just need to be given unwrapped.
My girls are also rather curious – they’ve never opened packages, but they used to shake and poke them a lot.
Years ago, I started a tradition of labeling 3 boxes with interesting trios: Winkyn, Blinkyn and Nod / Eenie, Meenie and Miney (ain’t no Mo!) / Rack, Shack and Benny… No girl has ever figured out which box was hers before it was delivered on Christmas morning!
This year, I’ve gone literary.”
Pretty cool, no? This just made my day! Thought I’d shared. 🙂
You are amazing, my friend! Your package arrived on Monday. My girls know they will find your books in their boxes, but they don’t know which books!! Merry Christmas, and much happy silliness to you and yours!
This is so cool!
How fun! 🙂
