At first, I thought Shelley Shepard Gray was a new-to-me author, but I believe I’ve read at least one of The Heart of a Hero series books (not to mention a couple of others look really familiar). Her new Season in Pinecraft (an Amish snowbird community) series features Amish wallflowers who just can’t live down something in their pasts and how Shelley helps them rise above it–even if it’s a bit later than expected. Shelley Shepard Gray has a wide variety of fiction–romantic suspense, contemporary romance, Amish suspense, Amish romance… so many! We chatted about what book to start with if you have never read anything by her and want something to go to after you check out Her Heart’s Desire and while you wait for the next Season in Pinecraft book this summer. Shelley’s suggestion was Edgewater Road (the sequel comes out in February, so not a long wait!)
